Service Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Into Tours! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book a tour.

2. Reservations
Payment: Full payment is required before the trip departure. The reservation will be cancelled if payment and proof thereof are not received.
Changes: All changes to reservations must be submitted in writing via email at least 7 days before the activity date. Changes are subject to availability. If changes are made with less than 7 days' notice, payments will not be refunded; instead, rescheduling will be offered.

3. Cancellations
Full Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations received less than 30 days before the activity are not eligible for a refund. However, partial refunds may be considered based on specific circumstances and our ability to resell the reservation.
No-Show Policy: Clients will not receive a refund in the event of a no-show.
Cancellation by Into Tours: We reserve the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions. Guests must report for the activity unless notified otherwise by Into Tours.
Refunds: In the event of a cancellation by Into Tours, a full refund will be issued.

4. Indemnity
All passengers are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities. This form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for children under 18 years.

5. Child Policy
Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to join safaris conducted in open vehicles for safety reasons.
Supervision Requirement: Adults are required to supervise their children at all times during the safari and tour experience.

6. General Conditions
Amendments: Management reserves the right to amend, cancel, or add to these Terms and Conditions at anytime.
Governing Law: All terms and conditions are subject to South African law and jurisdiction.

7. Customer Privacy Policy
Into Tours and its service providers will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users as defined in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

8. Payment Options
Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or credit cards for online bookings.
Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Into Tours bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

9. Credit Card Security
Credit card transactions will be processed through PayGate (Pty) Ltd, which is an approved payment gateway. PayGate employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, and no credit card details are stored on our website. Users can view the security certificate and policy on www.paygate.co.za.

10. Customer Data
Customer details will be stored by Into Tours separately from card details entered on PayGate’s secure site. For further information about PayGate, please visit www.paygate.co.za.

11. Merchant Information
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options is South Africa, and the transaction currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).

12. Responsibility
Into Tours takes responsibility for all aspects of the transaction, including the sale of goods and services, customer service, support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

13. Country of Domicile
The laws of South Africa govern this website. Into Tours chooses its domicile for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

14. Variation of Terms
Into Tours may, in its sole discretion, change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

15. Company Information
This website www.intotours.co.za is run by Into Tours Pty Ltd, based in South Africa.
