Service Terms and Conditions

Into County Tours PTY (LTD) is a registered company within the Tourism sector in South Africa.

These terms govern the use of our services. By booking or participating in a tour, you agree to comply with these conditions.

Definitions:
“Customer” refers to the individual or group making the booking, while “Service” means the tours and related travel services we provide.

Booking Process:
You can make bookings online, via email, or by phone. We will send you a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

Pricing & Payment Terms:
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, or bank transfers. A deposit may be required, with the balance due before the tour.

Cancellation Policy:
You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour. Cancellations less than 48 hours before or no-shows will not receive a refund. Please cancel in writing to bookings@intotours.co.za.

Responsibility:
Into Country Tours PTY (LTD) takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of services.

Amendments to Bookings:
Amendments are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Please submit requests in writing.

Health and Safety Requirements:
Please disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before the tour. Participation is at your own risk, and we recommend obtaining travel insurance.

Special Requirements:
Let us know about any special requirements (like accessibility) at the time of booking.

Behaviour Policy:
Customers must comply with local laws and behave respectfully. We can refuse service for inappropriate behaviour.

Travel Delays & Itinerary Changes:
While we strive to adhere to the advertised schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or other factors beyond our control may result in changes to the itinerary. In such cases, we will do our best to provide suitable alternatives.

Force Majeure:
We are not liable for service failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political instability.

Liability:
Into Country Tours Pty Ltd and its partners do not accept liability for accidents, injuries, losses, or delays caused by conditions beyond our control. Customers are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance.

Third-Party Suppliers:
Some activities may be provided by third-party suppliers. While we choose reputable partners, we are not responsible for their service failures.

Use of Photos/Videos:
We may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. By participating, you agree that your image may be used. If you prefer not to appear, please notify your guide.

Complaints & Feedback:
Report any issues during the tour to the guide. You can send post-tour feedback to bookings@intotours.co.za.

Personal Information:
We protect your personal information according to the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569.Your details are stored separately from your credit card information.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security:
Credit card transactions are processed via PayGate (Pty) Ltd. We do not store credit card details. You can view the security policy at www.paygate.co.za.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency:
The merchant outlet country is South Africa, and all transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by South African law, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
