Payment Options and Security:
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, and credit cards for online bookings. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into Into Tours' bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Credit card transactions will be acquired for Into Country Tours (Pty) Ltd via PayGenius (Pty) Ltd, the approved payment gateway. PayGenius uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://info.paygenius.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Personal Information:
Into Tours shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded

Introduction: Into Country Tours provides secure day and multi-day tours in South Africa. We use certified tour guides and safe vehicles. Our main destinations include Cape Town - Garden Route, Port Elizabeth, and Greater Addo.

Contract: These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and become effective upon confirmation. Rates are valid until March 2024 and quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Rates include transportation, guides, and specified expenses.
Group Size: Our scheduled day tours have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 14 participants. Group rates for more than 14 travellers are available.
Reservations: A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings, with the final payment due a week before the tour. Additional costs may apply to outlying towns or provinces. Solo travellers can join our tours with a single supplement rate.
Changes to Bookings: Changes may incur additional fees.
Itinerary Changes: We may modify tour itineraries due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Age Restrictions: All ages are welcome, and child rates may apply. Children six or older can join open-vehicle game drives.
Child Policy: Children are welcome; we provide suitable vehicles and equipment like seats for safety and comfort.
Bookings and Payment: Full payment is due upon booking. Credit cards and bank transfers are accepted.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation fees may apply, with a 90% refund for cancellations made 48 hours before the tour.
Insurance: We recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and credit card coverage.
Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for their health and safety, following our guides' instructions.
Liability: We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death during your trip.
Indemnity: All guests must sign a waiver and indemnity form.
Force Majeure: We may cancel or alter trips due to circumstances beyond our control.
Privacy Policy: Your personal information will not be shared with third parties.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the local laws.
Intellectual Property: Content created during the tour is our property.
Business Rights: We may refuse service to disruptive individuals and cancel or reschedule tours.
Code of Conduct: Travelers must not carry unlawful items.

Complaints and Disputes: We have a transparent policy for handling complaints.

Shore Excursions in South Africa: We accommodate ship schedules and offer flexible cancellation policies.
